| It has a chemical reaction when it touches rust or corrosion. Also Use some MAP gas or oxy/acetalyne gas. A MAP gas bottle is ~$7 from wallmart and the handle/trigger is ~$15. Well worth it, I have used it for just about everything I have needed heat for. I am sure you can get it off easily if you use the PB then let sit and wipe dry, then heat it up. I have only needed the oxy/acetalyne for cutting really bad bolts off or making a pipe cherry red to bend it slightly. I dont usually use oxy/acetalyne for cutting pipe or plates, It cuts too rough, I use my plasma cutter for the clean cuts.
